Gerald L. Brunelle Jr. -- July 30, 1962 — Sept. 19, 2005 -- Gerald Leon Brunelle Jr., 43, of Turlock died Monday at Doctors Medical Center, Modesto. Mr. Brunelle was a native and lifelong resident of Turlock. He graduated from Turlock High School in 1980. After returning from his service with the Marines, he worked as a carpenter in residential construction. He was active in adult slow-pitch leagues for many years, and enjoyed fishing and hunting.He is survived by his mother, Lora Lee Crockett Brunelle of Turlock; brother, Cody Brunelle of Brentwood; and grandmothers, Mamie Bettencourt of Turlock and Ruth Crockett of Lockhart, Texas. He was preceded in death by his father, Gerald Leon Brunelle Sr.A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Turlock Memorial Park. Allen Mortuary in charge of arrangements.
