Anne Robichaud l'Acadie Nouvelle - 20 novembre 2004 BOUCTOUCHE – Au Manoir Saint-Jean-Baptiste de Bouctouche, le vendredi 19 novembre 2004, à l’âge de 95 ans, est décédée Anne Hébert Robichaud, épouse de feu major Lorenzo Robichaud (1996), domiciliée au Manoir Saint-Jean-Baptiste de Bouctouche, mais autrefois de Bouctouche. Née à Grande-Digue le 14 septembre 1909, elle était fille de feu Charles Hébert et de feu Marie Breau. Elle laisse dans le deuil un neveu et une nièce, Paul-Emile et Olive Hébert de Bouctouche; une soeur Mabel Williams de Saint-Jean; deux frères: Albert «Bert» (Anita) de Moncton et Edgar (Emilienne) de Bouctouche, ainsi que plusieurs autres neveux et nièces. Quatre frères: Johnny, Alcide, Edmond et Hector «Bébé», l’ont précédée dans la tombe. Mme Hébert Robichaud a été une infirmière très dévouée qui a travaillé dans divers hôpitaux dans les régions de Montréal et d’Ottawa, dont Notre-Dame, Sainte-Anne de Bellevue, Pasteur, Saint-Jean-de-Dieu et l’Hôpital de vétérans, où elle a rencontré son mari, le major Lorenzo Robichaud. Elle a fait ses débuts en soins infirmiers dans les écoles de Montréal. Outre les soins infirmiers, sa grande passion était la peinture. Artiste accomplie, elle a remporté plusieurs prix pour ses différentes oeuvres. Généreuse de nature, Anne n’hésitait pas à partager sa passion avec les autres; ainsi vous retrouverez plusieurs de ses oeuvres en visitant sa parenté et ses amis. Ces dernières années, quoique également à l’aise avec l’huile et l’acrylique, elle avait surtout un penchant pour l’aquarelle. À la demande de la famille, il n’y aura aucune visite au salon funéraire. La famille recevra parents et amis au Club de l’âge d’or de Bouctouche pour un goûter après les funérailles. Les funérailles auront lieu en l’église Saint-Jean-Baptiste de Bouctouche, le lundi 22 novembre, à 16h. L’inhumation se fera au cimetière paroissial. Un don à la Fondation de l’Hôpital Dr-Georges-L.-Dumont, au Manoir Saint-Jean-Baptiste, une messe ou pour rénovations à l’église serait grandement apprécié par la famille. La direction des funérailles a été confiée aux soins professionnels de la Maison funéraire Maillet de Bouctouche.Anne Robichaud BOUCTOUCHE, NB - Anne Robichaud, 95, widow of the late Major Lorenzo Robichaud (1996), of Manoir St-Jean Baptiste, Bouctouche and formerly of Bouctouche passed away at Manoir Saint-Jean Baptiste, Bouctouche, NB on Friday, November 19, 2004 after a lengthy illness. Born in Grande-Digue, NB on September 14, 1909 she was a daughter of the late Charles Hébert and the late Marie Breau. Anne Hébert Robichaud was a dedicated nurse who worked for several years in various hospitals in the Montreal and Ottawa regions. Many patients had occasion to receive excellent care from Anne at the Notre Dame, SteAnne de Bellevue, Pasteur, St-Jean-deDieu and Veteran's Hospital, where she met her husband, Major Lorenzo Robichaud. She also visited many children as a Health Public nurse during her early career. She attended Saint-Jean Baptiste Roman Catholic Church, Bouctouche. Besides her obvious dedication to providing health care, she was a passionate and accomplished artist. Anne did not hesitate to share her passion with others and thus should you visit her relatives and friends you will see several of her paintings. She was equally at ease with the various painting mediums but during her last years she had a fondness for water colors. Anne is survived by one nephew and one niece, Paul-Emile and Olive Hébert of Bouctouche; one sister, Mabel Williams of Saint-Jean; brothers, Albert (Bert) (Anita) of Moncton, Edgar (Emilienne) of Bouctouche; several nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by four brothers, Johnny, Alcide, Edmond and Hector (Bébé). At the request of the family there will be no viewing at the funeral home. The family will receive family and friends at the Bouctouche Golden Age Club immediately following the funeral for a reception. The Funeral Service will be held at Saint-Jean Baptiste Roman Catholic Church, Bouctouche on Monday, November 22, 2004 at 4:00 pm. Interment will take place in the Parish Cemetery.
