Juliette R. COURTEAU

DOVER — Juliette R. Courteau, 94, formerly of Cocheco Park, died Friday, Dec. 30, 2005 at St. Ann Healthcare Center.Born in Dover on March 12, 1911 the daughter of George A. and Emma (Grenier) Courteau and had lived here all of her life. She was a graduate of St. Charles School, St. Mary High School and McIntosh Business School.Prior to her retirement she was a 30-year employee of the Beneficial Finance Co., where she was a bookkeeper. She loved to travel and cooking and was an excellent seamstress.Miss Courteau was a member of St. Charles Church.She is survived by two sisters, Germaine J. Sesin and Cecile M. Clauson both of Dover; a brother, Edmund "Frank" Courteau of Eliot, Maine; and many nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents, three brothers, Gerard, Andrew and Louis Courteau, predeceased her.Relatives and friends are invited to call Monday, Jan. 2, 2006 from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the Tasker Funeral Home, 621 Central Ave. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Monday at St. Charles Church, 577 Central Ave., with the Rev. Paul Gregoire, pastor as celebrant.
