Donald Vincent Courvoisier of Apple Valley died peacefully in his home Oct. 28, 2005, of heart failure. He was 66. Don lived in Apple Valley for 30 years, where he was a building contractor. He is survived by his son, Brett Courvoisier, and his wife, Sherry, of Victorville; daughter, Roxanne Bringar; sister, Joan, and her husband, Jerry Myers, of Midvail, Idaho; grandchildren, Whitney Courvoisier, Naomi L. Kenney, Daryl and Brian Bringar and Emma Coyer; great-grandchildren, Benjamin and Abbey Baker, and numerous nieces and nephews. Services will be private, and Don will be laid to rest with his best friend and companion, Janet Ryan. Victor Valley Mortuary is handling arrangements. Thank you, Dad, for teaching me the value of hard work of your son.
