Kenneth E. DeRoche, 56, of Derry died Aug. 24, 2005 at Catholic Medical Center, Manchester. He was born in Lawrence, Mass., on Oct. 11, 1948, a son of the late Kenneth C. and Marion (Houle) DeRoche. He had lived in Derry for the past 20 years, and formerly lived in Massachusetts. Mr. DeRoche was employed as a horseshoer for 20 years and had been teaching blacksmithing in Derry for the past four years. He was a member of the new England Blacksmith Association and served as past president of Southern New England Farriers Association.He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Charlene (Roussell) DeRoche of Derry, two daughters, Amy DeRoche of Nashua and Amanda DeRoche and her husband, Tony Brooks, of Arlington, Va.; two sisters, Joyce Casaceli and Dottie Belanger, both of Florida; and many nieces and nephews.Arrangements: Friends may call on Friday, Aug. 26, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Peabody Funeral Home and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Road, Londonderry with cremation to follow.
