Susan Marie DeRoche, 46, formerly of Ramsey, Minn., died Thursday, Oct. 27, 2005 in Unity Hospital, Coon Rapids, Minn. She was born Aug. 13, 1959 in Duluth to Robert and Lorraine (Tessier) DeRoche. She graduated from Cathedral High School in 1977 and Duluth Business University in 1979. She worked for various Insurance Companies for 25 years as an Accounts manager. Sue's greatest joy in life were her two daughters, Briana and Melissa, and spending time with her family. She had a special place in her heart for the underprivileged and a strong devotion to St. Jude. She was preceded in death by her grandparents. Sue is survived by her daughters, Briana and Melissa Zeman of Ramsey, Minn.; former husband, Richard Zeman; parents, Robert and Lorraine DeRoche of Duluth; brothers, Bob (Kathy) of Duluth, David (Mindi) of Superior, Wisc.; sisters, Ginny (Mike) Randolph of Duluth, Julie (Bill) Picconatto of Rogers, Minn., Dianne Stovern of Duluth; Laurie (Dan) Schwab of Rice Lake, Wisc.; and many relatives and friends. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL:11 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church. Memorials are preferred to the Union Gospel Mission. Arrangements by Dougherty Funeral Home, 727-3555.
