Blanche DESHAIES

FRANKLIN — Mrs. Blanche M. Masse, 80, formerly of Freedom Dr., Franklin, died at Mountain Ridge Genesis Eldercare in Franklin on Nov. 9, 2005.She was born in Franklin on June 22, 1925 the son of Lucien and Marie (Dubois) Deshaies. She was a lifelong resident of Franklin and attended St. Mary School.Several years ago, she was employed at The JP Stevens Co. Mrs. Masse later worked at The Tilton Dress Shop prior to retirement. She was a former member of Court Annie Nesmith of The Catholic Daughters of America and was a communicant of St. Paul Church.Her husband, Edmond S. Masse, died in 2002.Family members include a brother, Bertrand Deshaies of Franklin, a half-brother, Arnold Deshaies of Franklin, and nieces and nephews.She was predeceased by a sister, Eva Boissoneault and brothers Henry Deshaies, Lionel Deshaies, George Deshaies, Armand Deshaies, and Camille Deshaies.A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, Nov. 12 at 10 a.m. in St. Paul Church. Burial will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Franklin.In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Mrs. Masse may be made to St. Paul Church, PO Box 490, Franklin, NH 03235.There will be no visiting hours.Thibault-NeunFuneral Home, 143 Franklin St. in Franklin is in charge of the arrangements.
