Adeline Petuck, 82, of Hollis, died Sept. 20, 2005, at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center in Nashua, following a lengthy illness. Mrs. Petuck was born Jan. 26, 1923, in Amherst, daughter of Alfred and Edith (Davis) Dion.She was the widow of Forest Durant and the late Archie Petuck Sr.Mrs. Petuck enjoyed playing bingo and cards, and especially enjoyed spending time with her family. She was loved dearly and will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved her.She spent her final months living with her son, Joe, at his home in Hollis, and was cared for by her daughter, Sandra Zimmerman, and her niece, Lora Walk. Members of the family considers themselves very fortunate to have had them there with her until the end and will always remember and appreciate their care and compassion.Besides her husbands, Mrs. Petuck was predeceased by a daughter, Edith (Durant) Cummings.She is survived by three sons and two daughters-in-law, Robert and Francine Durant, Daniel and Mildred Durant, and Archie "Joe" Petuck and his fiancée, Sylvia; five daughters and three sons-in-law, Marie (Durant) and Jim Askham, Barbara Durant, Sandra (Durant) Zimmerman, Sandra (Durant) and John Norlander, and Elizabeth (Petuck) and Jerry Anctil; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.The Davis Funeral Home in Nashua is in charge of arrangements.
