Joseph Doucette Jr., 76, of Oak Hills, passed away March 19, 2005 at Waterman Convalescent Hospital, San Bernardino. Born in Medford, Mass. June 6, 1928, he was a resident of Oak Hills for 14 years. Mr. Doucette was a welder for Garden State Paper Co. for 25 years and retired in 1990. Mr. Doucette ser ved in the National Guard. He was a member of FOE ( Fraternal Order of Eagles). He is survived by his wife, Mildred Doucette; daughters, Millie Medbery of Oak Hills, CA, Donna Tapia of Victorville, CA, Linda Schaeffer of Phoenix, AZ; sons, Dave Medbery of Covina, CA, Joseph Doucette III of Beaumont, C; sisters, Dolly Clements of Montclair, CA; brothers, Donald Doucette of Florida, Mickey Doucette of Chelsea, Mass; 13 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. today, March 23, 2005 at Forest Lawn Mortuary, 21300 Via Verde Dr., Covina, CA. Funeral Service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 24, 2005 at Forest Lawn, Covina. Published in the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin on 3/23/2005.
