LOWELL -- Helen O. (Dubois) Sheehan, 77, a Lowell resident who worked at a local company for more than a decade, died Thursday, Dec. 1, at Merrimack Valley Hospital in Haverhill. She was the wife of George J. Sheehan, who died April 10, 1995.She was born in Lowell, Sept. 27, 1928, daughter of the late Arthur and Laura (Rancourt) Dubois. She received her education in the Lowell school system.She was a communicant of the former St. Jeanne d'Arc Church.Before retiring, Mrs. Sheehan was a remote control technician for MCF Industries, where she repaired remote controls for televisions for more than 15 years.Among her many interests, she also enjoyed cooking.She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Donna L. and Kevin Buckley of Merrimac; two sons and daughters-in-law, Randolph F. and Alice Johnson of Sutton and Russell G. and Patricia Sheehan of Lowell; two granddaughters, Melissa Ryzewski and her husband, Joseph of Paxton and Jillian Buckley of Merrimac; three grandsons, Keith Johnson and his wife, Claire of Charleton, Brandon M. Sheehan of Lowell and Matthew B. Sheehan of Lowell; two great-grandchildren, Zachary and Madeline Johnson; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Carmen and Theodore Peregrim of Bedford and Jeannette Wareheim of Waldoboro, Maine; and many nieces and nephews.
