DuBOIS, KENNETH W.— Of Kalamazoo, formerly of Jackson, passed away after a short illness, Tuesday, August 2, 2005. He was born May 11, 1928 in Battle Creek, MI to Clarance and Treva (Hotchkiss) DuBois. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Jacquelyn (Cook) DuBois of 47 years; his parents; sister, Shirley. He is survived by two sons, Wayne (Chris) DuBois of Grand Rapids and Douglas DuBois of Kalamazoo; daughter, Jacquelyn DuBois of Lansing; two grandchildren, Martha DuBois and Heather Mosher of Grand Rapids; two great-grandsons, Steven and Zachery Mosher of Grand Rapids; sister-in-law, Barbara Hutton of Jackson; two nieces, Melinda Kraft and Cindy Keyes of Jackson. Mr. DuBois worked at Loud and Jackson Dairy, then various auto dealerships as a Parts Manager, retiring from Cascade Dodge Co. He enjoyed spending time with his family traveling, fishing and watching old western movies. According to his wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at the WATSON FUNERAL CHAPEL Saturday, August 6, at 11:00 a.m. Dr. Carl J. Benes officiating. Private family inurnment at Roseland Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Crazy Horse Memorial Foundation, Avenue of the Chiefs, Crazy Horse, SD, 57730-9506.The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. J.L.
