SUNSET - Funeral services will be held Saturday, Dec. 31, 2005, at an 11 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Charles Borromeo Roman Catholic Church for Able Dugas III, 39, who passed away Friday, Dec. 16, 2005.Interment will be in St. Charles Borromeo Cemetery in Grand Coteau.Mr. Dugas was a native and lifelong resident of Sunset, La. He was previously employed at Imans Beauty Supply Store in Lafayette. He had been a parishioner of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Grand Coteau, La. Survivors include his mother, Marjie G. Dugas, of Sunset; one brother, Nathan Walter Dugas Sr. and his wife, Rachel Ann, of Lake Charles, La.; one sister, Elta Deneen Williams and her husband, Brian Carl, of Houston, Texas; and aunts, uncles, relatives and friends.He was preceded in death by his father, Able Dugas Jr.A rosary will be prayed at 7 p.m. Friday in the funeral home.The family requests visiting hours be observed from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m. Friday and will continue from 8 a.m. until service time Saturday.Melancon Funeral Home of Grand Coteau, 289 Church Street, (337) 662-7286, is in charge of arrangements
