Fernande FAFARD

Fernande “Fern” (Fafard) Beal of Abington, passed away on January 16th at the age of 86. She was the loving wife of the late Francis Beal; loving mother of Claire Hayes and Lois Dahlquist, both of Abington; loving sister of Georgette MacDonald of Abington, Arlene Cerrato of Brockton, and the late Jean Kleinowskis, Ronald and George Fafard; loving daughter of the late Arthur and Rosanne (Lambert) Fafard; Also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Born in Canada, she was raised in North Abington, attended Abington schools and lived in the town for 80 years. Mrs. Beal was employed as an inspector for Rocland Webbing for more than 30 years. She was a member of the Woman's Sodality at St. Bridget's Church, Abington. Funeral from the Quealy and Son Funeral Home, 116 Adams Street (just off Rte. 58 near North School, Abington on Wednesday, January 19th at 8 a.m., followed by a funeral Mass in St. Bridget’s Church, 455 Plymouth Street (Route 58), Abington at 9 a.m. Interment St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Rockland.
