SEMENUK, Lena, Beloved wife of the late Daniel Semenuk (October 6, 1978) of Semenuk's Service Station, Turner's Corners. Daughter of the late Pauline "Penny" (August 29, 1969) and Joseph Paniczewski (July 27, 1988). It is with heart felt sadness tha t we announce the sudden passing of our mother Lena on November 21, 2004 at the Niagara Health System - Welland Site, in her 89th year. Loving mother of Dora Jones (William) of Welland, Theresa Lenson (Earl) of Niagara Falls, Nick Semenuk (Pat) of Po rt Colborne, Mary Lou Kostecky (Anthony) of Niagara-on-the-lake, Lillian Petkovich (Walter) of Niagara Falls, Julie Joyner (Alan) of Smithville, Victoria Joyner (Lionel) of Stoney Creek, Bernice Hall (William) of Fenwick, Peter Semenuk (Ann) of Fonth ill, George Semenuk (Bonnie) of Thorold, Debra Tomarin (Seymour) of St. Catharines, Daniel Semenuk (Julie) of Fort Erie, Edward Semenuk (Monique) of Fonthill and the late Sophie Edwards (August 8th, 2001) and her husband Alvin of Niagara Falls. Also loved by her 29 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren. Friends will be received by the family from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the JAMES L. PEDLAR FUNERAL HOME - DIXON CHAPEL, 1292 Pelham Street, Fonthill. The funeral servic e will be conducted at Fonthill United Church (42 Church Hill) on Thursday, November 25th at 1:30 p.m. with Reverend Paul Owen officiating. Interment Pleasantview Memorial Gardens.
