Glynn Joseph Fournier, 88, a native of Raceland and resident of Mary Esther, Fla., died Sunday, Dec. 11, 2005.A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Maria Immacolata Catholic Church, 246 Corporate Drive in Houma.He is survived by his wife, Mary Dawson Fournier; one son, Ray Fournier and wife, Rebecca; one daughter, Diana F. Dietrich and husband, Dennis; four stepchildren, Melanie Perkins and husband, Gene, Elaise Flesberg and husband, Harvey, Barbara Whitley and Anthony Whitley and wife, Kathie; two brothers, Gene Fournier and Peter Fournier; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and seven step-grandchildren.He was preceded in death by his first wife, Enola Lirette; his second wife, Veronica Champagne; his third wife, Mary L. Fournier; his parents, Etienne and Cecilia Fournier; seven brothers, Etienne Jr., John, Robert, Lester, Herbert, Novene and Alden Fournier; and one sister, Marie Pitre.He worked for Halliburton and Low Land Construction.He was Catholic.
