Dorothy R. GAMACHE

Dorothy R. Gendreau, age 86, of Walhalla, ND, died on Tuesday, August 9, 2005, at the Pembilier Nursing Center, Walhalla, ND. Dorothy R. Gamache was born March 20, 1919, at Olga, ND to Arthur and Hermindine (Beauchamp) Gamache. She grew up and attended school in the Olga area. On November 11, 1940, she married Ernest Gendreau at Olga, ND. After their marriage they farmed in the Poplar Grove area, near Walhalla. In 1980, they moved into Walhalla. Ernest Gendreau passed away on December 31, 1992. She is survived by two sisters, Sister Rolande Gamache, Valley City, ND; and Aurice Nichols, Titusville, FL, two brothers, Leonard Gamache, Spokane, WA, and Isadore (Verna) Gamache, Grand Forks, ND; two half sisters, Helen Davidson, Grand Forks, ND; and Marilyn Carl, East Grand Forks, MN; one half brother, Edward ""Pat' (Judy) Gamache, Maple Lake, MN; and many nieces and nephews. Dorothy was also preceded in death by her parents, sister, Theresa Gendreau, brothers, Romeo and Ronald Gamache, two half brothers, Arthur and Wayne Gamache, and one half sister, Irene Jones.
