GASTINEAU, Billie Ruth -- Born September 6, 1927 in Cliburn, Texas. Passed away at home August 6, 2005 in West Sacramento, California. Loving mother of Eddie Moore and his wife Catherine. Cherished grandmother of Eddie Jr. and Brett Moore and Coral Connor. Adored sister of Donnie and Melvia Johnson of Glendale, Oregon and Elsie and Jay Wilson of Dublin, Texas. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Clarence E. Moore, Wayne Havill. Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Billie's Life on Wednesday, August 10, 2005 from 4 - 7PM with a brief service beginning at 4:30 PM. Services will be held at Billie's home at 751 Elder Drive, West Sacramento, CA. 95605. Interment will be private. Published in the Sacramento Bee on 8/9/2005.
