Edward H. GAUTREAUX

GAUTREAUX, EDWARD H.; of Pontiac; age 68; passed away February 25, 2005. Beloved husband of Gussie for 28 years; loving father of Inez Gautreaux and Eddie Mark Gautreaux; step-father of Snowfleet Griffin, who preceded him in death, William (Vanessa) Dunlap, Cecil Dunlap, Violet (Michael) Winters and Gussie M. (Jarrod) Spann; dear grandfather of 31 and great-grandfather of 26; cherished brother of Yvonne (Thomas) Jasper, Inez (Lionel) Felton, Mercelle Walker, Lucille Knatt and Isreal Gautreaux Jr. Mr. Gautreaux was retired from General Motors after 21 years of service. His love in life was to be either fishing or cooking. The care that which Mr. Gautreaux received at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Pontiac will forever be remembered and the family wishes to send a special thank you to the staff for its dedicated service. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Pontiac Chapel of Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 2, 2005 at 12 Noon at the Bethesda Fellowship C.O.G.I. C., 1536 Baldwin Avenue, Pontiac with Pastor Charles J. Johnson III officiating. Family hour 11 a.m. until the time of service.
