John D. "Jack" Girard Sr. -- November 6, 2005. Beloved husband of the late Norma (Schoembs); cherished father of Patricia, John D., Jr. (Kim), Kathleen (Thomas) O'Brien and Danielle Girard; dear grandpa of Kelsey, Courtney, Elizabeth and Kathryn; dear brother of Mary E. Girard. Friends received on Wednesday and Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the NIGHTENGALE FUNERAL HOME, 1884 South Park Ave. (near Tifft), where services will be held on Friday at 10:15 AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial from Our Lady of Sacred Heart Church at 11:00 AM. Friends invited. Jack was a volunteer worker at Holy Family Church. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Red Cross appreciated. Interment in Lakesdie Memorial Park.
