Mary Sophie GODZIK

Mary Sophie (Godzik) Dansreau of Salem, an employee in the leather industry and at St. John’s Preparatory School, died Saturday at Rosewood Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Peabody. She was 90. Born in Lawence, she was raised in Danvers. Mrs. Dansreau worked for brief periods in the leather industry and at St. John’s Preparatory School in Danvers. She was a member of St. James Church and the Immaculate Conception Church. She was also a member of the Salem Council on Aging and the AARP. She was a former member of the Salem Moose Lodge. Wife of the late W. Lucien, Mrs. Dansreau is survived by a son, Lucien J. of Yarmouth, Maine; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church in Salem. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Salem. Arrangements by Levesque Funeral Home, Salem.
