McCarthy, of Newark, on Thursday, Nov. 3, devoted mother of Lynn Farmer, Lisa and Gregory Granger, all of Newark, John of Virginia Beach, Va., James of Montclair and Michael of East Orange, grandmother of 18, greatgrandmother of six, sister of Cora Bouyer of Brooklyn, N.Y., Earlene and John, both of Newark, Cenella Fleming of Palm Beach County, Fla., Moudia W. Green and George Granger, both of Georgetown, Ga., Annie Frank Byrd of Lake Park, Fla., devoted friend of Lillae Wilson of Hillside, many relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 9, from the Grace Temple Baptist Church, 187 16th Ave., Newark. Visitation at church 6-8 p.m. Tuesday. Interment Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
