Berube, Paula A. (Grassie), 66 of South Yarmouth, died at her home in South Yarmouth, Sunday Dec. 18 after a battle with cancer. She was the beloved wife of Norman L. Berube. Born, raised and educated in Cohasset, Mrs. Berube was a graduate of Archbishop Williams High School in Braintree. She is also a graduate from Beth Israel Hospital in Boston with a degree in Dental Surgery Nursing. For many years, Mrs. Berube worked as a Tour Director for several tour companies including Globus Travel. She retired in 2003. A resident of South Yarmouth since 1985, Mrs. Berube also lived in Marstons Mills and Sandwich. Mrs. Berube was a member of the Cohasset Drama Club, the Greater Boston Tour Guide Assoc. and the Cape Cod Tour Guide Assoc. She enjoyed interior decorating.In addition to her husband, Mrs. Berube is survived by her mother, Eleanor T. (Cicchese) Grassie of Cohasset; a son, William J. Morgan, Jr. of Hull; a brother, Frederick Grassie of Cohasset; a sister, Rita Hardwick of St. Augustine, FL; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father, the late Frederick H. Grassie. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday Jan. 4, 2006 in St. Anthony’s Church, 129 South Main St., Cohasset. Interment will be private.
