Ann GREENWICH

LaRochelle, Ann (Greenwich), 67, of Deerfield Beach, and Middlefield, CT, beloved wife and best friend of Norbert "Knobby" LaRochelle, died peacefully at home on Tuesday, November 15, 2005. Besides her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Janine M. LaRochelle and her partner, Pamela Libby of West Hartford, CT. She was predeceased by a brother, John Greenwich. She was born in Hartford, CT, the daughter of the late John and Sophie (Shook) Greenwich. Prior to her retirement, she was employed with Middlefield Memorial School for over 30 years. She was a member of Planning and Zoning Commission of Middlefield for 12 years. Ann was also an avid sailor and a long time member of Essex Corinthian Yacht Club. Ann enjoyed the students at Memorial School and will be remembered for her caring and loving ways. A Funeral Liturgy will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. in St. Mary's Church, S. Main St., Middletown, CT. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Friends may call at the Biega Funeral Home, 3 Silver St., Middletown Friday from 6 to 8 pm.
