TERRANCE, IRENE GUERIN "The Lord is my shepherd … ." Psalm 23:1. Irene Guerin Terrance was called home at 1:45 p.m. Monday, Dec. 26, 2005, at her home. She was a longtime resident of Baton Rouge, a native of Ventress and a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church. Viewing at Winnfield Funeral Home on Thursday, Dec. 29, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Viewing at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church on Friday from 10 a.m. until funeral service at 11 a.m. Interment in Chenal Cemetery, Lakeland. She is survived by five daughters, Nona Webb and spouse Lester of New Orleans, Shinell Clark of Houston, Mary Rose Seibert and spouse Tarjison of Seattle, Barbara Bynum and spouse Terris of Bowie, Md., and Patricia Murphy of Baton Rouge. Other survivors include a brother, Roger Guerin of Baton Rouge; sister, Mildred Victorian of New Orleans; three brothers-in-law, Oliver Terrance of New Roads, Grandville Terrance Sr., and Herbert Terrance and spouse Ann of Baton Rouge; sister-in-law, Lubertha Butler of New Orleans; and 11 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Preceded in death by her husband Arthur Terrance; and parents, Augustine and Adele Guerin. The family would like to thank Dr. Roy Kadair, Dr. David Hanson, Baton Rouge General Medical Center-Mid City, United Health Home Care and Hospice of Baton Rouge.
