Albert GUILLOT

Albert "A.J." Guillot Jr., 52, a native and resident of Thibodaux, died at 9:15 p.m. Friday, Dec. 23, 2005.Visitation will be from 6 to 10 p.m. today at Landry’s Funeral Home and from 8 a.m. to funeral time Tuesday at St. John the Evangelist Church in Thibodaux. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery.He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Cathy Arcement Guillot; one daughter, Aimee Lynn Guillot; one son, Shane Michael Hernandez; his mother, Kate Adams Guillot; one brother, Jackie Paul Guillot; one sister, Donna Lynn Guillot Stevens; and numerous nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his father, Albert "Lil Al" J. Guillot Sr.; his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Guillot and Mr. and Mrs. Henry Adams.He was the owner/operator of A.J. Guillot Inc. Trucking and a member of the Cajun Corvette Club.
