CONSTANT, BETSEY NATALIE A celebration of life memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 9, 2005, in Mt. Tabor Presbyterian Church for Betsey, who died peacefully Dec. 5 at age 88. Betsey, whose maiden name was Hopson, was born Jan. 23, 1917, during a snowstorm in the family home called "The Birdsnest," Chautauqua, N.Y. She married her best friend and the love of her life, Earl Constant. They recently celebrated 64 years together of total commitment and joy. Each year was better than the last. She now is in peace in Heaven and preparing the way for the family she has left behind. Her beloved husband, three daughters, seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren survive her.
