FRASER, ALBERT RUSSELL - Of Saint John, NB died peacefully at the Loch Lomond Villa on November 25, 2004. Born in Hastings, NS he was the son of the late Howard and Margaret (Hackett) Fraser. Albert was employed with Canada Post as a letter carrier for 30 years until his retirement in 1982. He served overseas during World War II from 1939-1945, former member of RCL Jarvis Bay Branch, an avid card player and in his earlier years liked to hunt and fish. Albert is survived by his daughter Heather "Dolly" Ritchie (Stephen), two grandchildren Gregg and Tara Ritchie, one sister Hazel Johnston, 1 great grandson Charles (C.J.) and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by four brother and three sisters. Resting at A.W. Cavanagh Funeral Home, 91 Leinster Street (634-1712) with visiting on Saturday from 7-9pm and Sunday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. The funeral service will be held on Monday at 11:00am in Cavanagh's Chapel followed by cremation and burial in Cedarhill Extension Cemetery, Field of Honour at a later date. www.awcavanagh.com
