Barbara KLOETZER

MERIDEN - Barbara (Kloetzer) Lamothe, 77, of 66 Maple Ave. Ext., wife of the late Henry A. Lamothe Jr., died suddenly on Tuesday, Oct. 18, 2005, at her home.Born in Easthampton, Mass., on Feb. 24, 1928, the daughter of the late Alvin and Irene (Truehart) Kloetzer, she had resided in Meriden for the past 40 years. She was a past member of the Meriden Turner Society. Barbara was a kind, nonjudgmental and funny person.She is survived by a sister, Aileen; a daughter-in-law, Carol Nati of Meriden; and she was a loving "Nana" to her granddaughter, Morgan McGaughey, of Meriden; she is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son, David E. Lamothe of Meriden; and a sister, Ruth of Meriden.The funeral will be held on Saturday, Oct. 22, at 11 a.m. at the John J. Ferry & Sons Funeral Home, 88 East Main Street, Meriden. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
