LAMBERT, GERALD J., formerly of West Wrentham Road, Cumberland, died October 31, 2005 in the Friendly Home in Woonsocket. He was the husband of the late Edith (Benjamin) Lambert. Mr. Lambert was born in Woonsocket, a son of the late Ovila and Clarabelle (Parmentier) Lambert. He was the owner and operator of the former Gaskill Rest Home for five years. He was also the co-owner of Lambert Brothers in Woonsocket. Mr. Lambert was a former member of the Woonsocket Rotary Club and Woonsocket Jaycees.He is survived by two sons, Robert P. Lambert of Woonsocket and Donald M. Lambert of Blackstone, MA; two daughters, Judith A. Macamaux of Burrillville, and Cynthia J. Caouette of Cumberland; a brother, Maurice Lambert of Frisco, TX; two sisters, Virginia DiFiore of Hommasassa, FL, and Elaine Duncan of Grand Rapids, MI; ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren. He was also the brother of the late Robert, Bernard and Valerie Lambert.His funeral will be held Thursday at 9:30 from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 463 South Main St., Woonsocket with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 in St. Joseph Church, Mendon Road, Woonsocket. Burial in Resurrection Cemetery in Cumberland.
