TWIN MOUNTAIN- Rachel Forest, 72, of 200 Profile Road, died on Sunday, March 20, 2005, at the Littleton Regional Hospital, following a sudden illness. She was born in Woonsocket, R.I., the daughter of Arthur and Eva (Plante) Langevin. Rachel grew up in the Woonsocket area and relocated to Littleton many years ago where she and her husband owned and operated the former Elmwood Motel on the Mt. Eustis Road. Following the sale of the motel, they relocated to Twin Mountain in 1990. Rachel worked for many years in the deli department of the former ButsonÕs Supermarket in Littleton. Family members include two sons, Dennis Forest of Twin Mountain and Jean Forest of Milford, Del.; her mother Eva Langevin of Lewes, Del.; two brothers, Roger Langevin, and Raymond Langevin; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Her husband, Francis died in 1993 and her son, Robert died in 2000. Calling hours were held on Monday, March 28 at the Ross Funeral Home, Whitefield Chapel. A Mass of Christian Burial was held at St. PatrickÕs Catholic Church, Twin Mountain, on Tuesday, March 29, with burial services following in the Bourne National Cemetery, Bourne, Mass.
