Roger V. LANOUETTE

GLEN ROCK, N.J. -- Roger V. Lanouette, 80, of Glen Rock, N.J., for 40 years, died on Thursday, May 12, 2005.. He was born and raised in Lawrence, Mass.. A 1948 graduate of Northeastern University with a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering, he went on to be a mechanical engineer with Caltex Corporation, New York for 32 years before retiring in 1980. Mr. Lanouette was a parishioner of St. Catharine R.C. Church, Glen Rock, N.J., a member of the Catholic order of Foresters, as well as a lifelong member of both the Knights of Columbus Council 67 of Lawrence, and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers..He was the beloved husband of Anastasia (Bandurski) Lanouette; loving father of Roger V. Lanouette Jr., Annette Burnett, Roberta Logan and her husband Ronald, and Jane Gorman and her husband Joseph; dear brother of Claire Morin; and cherished grandfather of Yvonne and Elise Burnett, Megan, Matthew and Michelle Lanouette, Timothy Logan, and Joseph and Jack Gorman.ARRANGEMENTS: A funeral Mass will be Monday, May 16, 2005, at 10 a.m. at St. Catharine R.C. Church, Glen Rock, N.J.. Interment in Maryrest Cemetery, Mahwah, N.J.. The family will receive their friends Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Vander Plaat Colonial Home, Inc., 13-31 Saddle River Road, Fair Lawn, N.J., (201) 797-3500..
