EASTON, Mass. — Aime LaRoche, of Easton, formerly of Bradenton, Fla., and Franklin, N.H., died Sunday, June 26, 2005 at his home in Easton. He was 92 years old. Born in Franklin on Aug. 13, 1912, he was the son of the late Alfred and Celina (Marceau) LaRoche. He was a World War II veteran of the Army Air Force. He worked for the U.S. Postal Service and was the past Postmaster in Franklin. He served on the Franklin (N.H.) School Board, and was an active member of St. Paul's Parish in Franklin. He was a 4th Degree Knight of the Knights of Columbus Fr. Timmon Council, Franklin. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed playing tennis and bridge. He was also a member of the homeowners association in Florida. Survivors include his wife of 62 years to Cecile (Giguere) LaRoche of Easton; two sons, David LaRoche of Maryland and Ronald LaRoche of Florida; three daughters, Mary Kanney of New York, Donna Farrell of North Easton, and Ann Kirger of Louisiana; two brothers, Richard LaRoche of Tennessee, and Paul LaRoche; eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a two brothers, Raymond and Normand and a sister, Mary Ann Benier. His funeral will be held at the George L. Copeland and Son Funeral Home, 38 Center St., Easton, Mass., on Thursday, June 30 at 8:30 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian burial in Immaculate Conception Church, Easton at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held Thursday 8:30-9:30 a.m. Interment will be at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Laconia.
