BERLIN - Dolores Bourassa, 80, died April 3, 2005 at Androscoggin Valley Hospital. She was born on June 1, 1924 in Berlin, NH the daughter of Ferdinand and Rose Anna (Langlois) Lavertue. The family includes her husband Rosario L. Bourassa; two sons, Raymond Bourassa and his partner Ginny of Port Richey, Fla., and Donald Bourassa of Gorham; one daughter, Lena Parent and her husband Kenneth of Gorham; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one sister, Margaret Caouette of Bristol, Conn. She was preceded in death by one son, Maurice Bourassa in 1993; one daughter, Jeannette Bourassa in 1969; three brothers, Roland, Laurier, and Henry Lavertue and five sisters, Annette Salvas, Marie Ange Fortier, Ernestine Cadorette, Roseanna Murphy, Yvette Morel and one in infancy. A memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 7, at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish 345 Pleasant St., Berlin. Burial will be in St. Kieran Cemetery.
