Helen Marie Middleton (née Wright) November 07, 1920 - November 26, 2004 Funeral arrangements by Atlantic Funeral Home (Lower Sackville) MIDDLETON, Helen Marie - 84. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear loved one, Helen Marie (Wright) Middleton, Lower Sackville, on November 26, 2004, in the QEII Health Sciences Centre. Born in Stoney Creek, N.B., she was the daughter of the late Morrison and Gladys (Fowler) Wright. Helen is survived by her husband of 65 years, Thomas Donald; daughters, Valerie (Will) Grotenhuis, Rothesay, N.B.; Sharon (Rick) Hamilton and Joy Middleton, all of Lower Sackville. She has 11 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and one great great-grandchild. She was predeceased by daughter, Donna Gladys (Mel) Giddings. Helen was the focal point of our world and had a special way of making all family occasions memorable. She was passionate about gardening, her friends and family, and will be greatly missed. Visitation will be 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, November 30, with memorial service at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, December 1, Rev. James Haughn officiating, both in Atlantic Funeral Home Chapel, 125 Sackville Dr., Lower Sackville. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lung Association of Nova Scotia or Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia.
