Robert LAVOIE

EAST FALMOUTH - Robert Lavoie, 67, died Friday at Cape Cod Hospital in Hyannis. He was the husband of Rosalyn (Gilman) Lavoie for 26 years. Mr. Lavoie was born and raised in Fall River. He moved to East Falmouth in 1999 from Brockton. He was a volunteer for the Westport Fire Department, and was an owner of a gas station in Stoughton. He drove trucks and buses for many years.He enjoyed traveling to Aruba, and also enjoyed fishing, boating, woodworking, photography, and jewelry and stained glass making. Besides his wife, survivors include his children, Norman E. Geller of East Falmouth, Alicia Geller of Chicago and Cheryl Geller of East Falmouth; a brother, Donald Lavoie of Fall River; a sister, Jeanne Sands of Las Vegas; and two grandchildren. Services are private.
