Henry J. LEMELIN

Henry J. Lemelin, 81, of Delaware Ave., Somerset, died at home, Monday, December 26, 2005. He was the husband Loretta (Lavoie) Lemelin. Born in Fall River, the son of the late Nazaire and Marianne (Bouchard) Lemelin, he lived in Fall River most of his life and in Somerset for the past 37 years. A Navy veteran of WW II, he was employed by Boston and Taunton Transportation and Pioneer Finishing. He enjoyed playing cards and bingo and fishing and gardening. Besides his wife of 38 years, survivors include a sister, Lillian Cyr of Roslyn, New York and nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Rose Cantara and William, Albert, Leo, Aime and Simone Lemelin. His funeral will be held Thursday at 9:00 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River with a funeral mass in St. Louis de France Church, Swansea at 10:00. Burial, Mt. Hope Cemetery, Swansea. Calling hours Wednesday 4:00 to 8:00 PM.
