Cyprienne G. LEMIEUX

WATERVILLE -- Cyprienne G. Lemieux, 90, of Waterville, died Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2005, at Mount St. Joseph Nursing Home.She was born in Winslow, Feb. 24,1915, a daughter of Joseph P. and Alexandrienne (Gilbert) Lemieux.She was educated in Winslow schools and worked at Kyes Fibre Co. for more than 45 years. As a child she was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Winslow. Later after moving to Waterville, she attended Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Pleasant Street. She was predeceased by her parents; two sisters, Beatrice Paradis and Lorraine Lemieux; and a brother, Romeo Lemieux.Cyprienne is survived by four sisters, Albertine Allain of Lewiston, Madeline Dunbar, Jeannette Lemieux and Constance Lemieux, all of Winslow; three brothers, Robert Lemieux and Donald Lemieux, both of Winslow and Felix Lemieux of Omaha, Neb.; as well as several nieces and nephews.Visiting hours for family and friends will be held at 8:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 31, at Veilleux Funeral Home, 8 Elm St., Waterville.A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 31, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Winslow.Burial will follow in St. Francis Catholic Cemetery, Grove Street, Waterville.The family would like to thank the staff at Mount St. Joseph Nursing Home, especially ICF, Second Floor for the wonderful care they gave to Cyprienne.
