Juliette M. LESSARD

Juliette M. Cournoyer 75, of 32 Arona St. Woonsocket died Thursday in RI Hospital. She was the wife of the late Normand R. Cournoyer. Mrs. Cournoyer was born in Woonsocket a daughter of the late Edmond and Aurore (Therien) Lessard. She was a cashier for Stop and Shop Supermarket for thirteen years and Shaw’s Supermarket for ten years retiring thirteen years ago. She was a member of St. Josephs St. Citizens. Mrs. Cournoyer is survived by three sons Denis M. Cournoyer of Harrisville, David J. Cournoyer of Glendale, and Gerald C. Cournoyer of Foster, three daughters Muriel F. Picard of Bellingham, Diane M. Leclerc of N. Smithfield, and Helene M. Mastrianni of Harrisville, a brother Eugene D. Lessard of Woonsocket and a sister Francoise Kokolski of Blackstone, eleven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She was also the sister of the late Edmond and Hubert Lessard. Her funeral will be held Tuesday at 9:30 from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 99 Cumberland St. Woonsocket with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 in St. Joseph Church Mendon Rd. Woonsocket. Burial will be held in Resurrection Cemetery in Cumberland. Visiting Hours Monday 4-7 pm
