CHAMBERLAIN, JANE MARIE- The death of Jane M. Chamberlain, 52, wife of Gerard (Gerry) Chamberlain occurred after a courageous battle with cancer on November 27, 2004, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John, NB, she is the daughter of Albert and Gladys (Quinn) Martin. Jane was founder of the Bone Marrow Transplant Support Group at the Saint John Regional Hospital. She loved animals, especially her dog Jessie and cat Simon. Her other passions in life were her family and painting. Jane's passing will sadden all who knew and loved her. Jane is survived by her husband Gerard, two sons, David McNamee (Jillian Winters), Edmonton, Alta., Darren McNamee (Amy), Saint John, NB, one daughter Tara Bennett (Darren), three grandchildren, Hayden and Ava-Jane McNamee, and the expected baby Bennett, one brother Robert Martin (Carol), Grand Bay-Westfield, NB and several aunts, uncles, cousins. Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (506-634-7424) in charge of arrangements. Visiting will be held on Tuesday, 2-4,7-9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, December 1, 2004 at 9:30 AM. At Jane's request, in lieu of flowers remembrances made to the Bone Marrow Transplant Support Group, Saint John Regional Hospital or the charity of the donor's choice would be greatly appreciated by the family. www.brenansfh.com
