Gwendolyn Kopiak August 12, 1921 - November 27, 2004 Funeral arrangements by Evergreen Funeral Home On November 27, 2004 Gwen Kopiak of Edmonton passed away peacefully in her sleep at the age of 83 years. She is survived by her loving family; Mel (Kathi) Kopiak, Linda (Russell) Spencer, Iris (Marvin) Chochla, grandchildren; Phillip, Stuart, and Garrick Kopiak, Stacy Anhorn, Andrea (Sean) Paine, Jillian and Christine Chochla, great-grandchildren; Adonia Kopiak, Sydney, Brytney, Trynity and Devyn Anhorn. She is also survived by one sister Edith Turenne. Gwen was predeceased by her husband Steve in September of 2003 and grandson Nicholas Chochla in March of 2003. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so on Tuesday, November 30, 2004 from 7:00 p.m.- 9:00 p.m. at the Evergreen Funeral Chapel. A funeral service will take place on Wednesday, December 1, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. at the Evergreen Chapel.
