BILOXI, Miss. — Charles E. Loyzelle, 75, died Dec. 7, 2005, in Biloxi.He was born Aug. 23, 1930, in Rutland, Vt., the son of Thomas and Clarissa Loyzelle.He was a 20-year veteran of the U.S. Navy Seabees, serving in Korea and Vietnam. After retiring from the Navy, Mr. Loyzelle worked as a security guard in Biloxi.Survivors include his wife, Mary of Biloxi; four children, Lorana Willey of North Clarendon, Vt., Charisse Loyzelle of Rutland, Vt., Charles Loyzelle of Shrewsbury, Vt., and Vincent Loyzelle of West Rutland, Vt.; five grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; a nephew and a niece; and his former wife, N. Jane Loyzelle of Rutland, Vt.Burial was in Biloxi National Cemetery.
