DRACUT -- Irene R. (Lyman) (Longtin) Picard, 85, a longtime Dracut resident who worked at a local monogramming shop, died unexpectedly Monday, Nov. 21 at the Central Montgomery Medical in Landsdale, Pa. She was the wife of Wilfred E. Picard.She was born in Lowell, Dec. 15, 1919, daughter of the late William J. and Regina (Dufault) Lyman. She attended local schools.Before retiring, Mrs. Picard had been employed with the Dracut Council on Aging and also with Ann Marie's Monogramming of Lowell, where she was known as "Meme".She enjoyed most was spending time with her family.Besides her husband, she is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Ann Marie (Longtin) and Robert Page of Lowell, Carol Rae (Longtin) and Gerald Lambert of Chelmsford; a son and daughter-in-law, Keith W. and Jolene Picard, residing in Pennsylvania; six grandchildren, Mark V. Page, Colette M. McKenna, Robert F. Sadlier, Michelle A. Page, Holly A. Saurman, Deborah A. O'Neill; and a step-grandson, Jessie Alvis; 13 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Madeline Dillon and Lillian Plaisted, both of Lowell; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.She was also the sister of the late James W.
