Donald J. Malboeuf formerly of Villa Park A Mass of Christian Burial for Donald J. Malboeuf, 76, of Naples, Fla., will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 12, 2005, at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, with the Rev. Arnold J. Zebrowski, officiating. Private family burial will follow. A reception for family and friends will be held following the Mass at the Parish Life Center. Mr. Malboeuf passed away Thursday, Sept. 8, 2005, at the Frances Georgeson Hospice House. He is relieved of his suffering from long term cancer and is finally with the Lord. Mr. Malboeuf was a cancer survivor for the past 12 years. He was born Dec. 24, 1928, in Chicago, a son of the late Howard J. and Margaret M. (nee Schaber) Malboeuf. Mr. Malboeuf had been a resident of Naples since 1992, coming from Villa Park. He was a veteran of the Air Force and the former owner of Terrace Drywall, Inc. in Villa Park. He was also a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Survivors include his loving wife, Helga Baron Malboeuf of Naples; two step-children, Dr. Desiree A. Baron of Alexandria, Va. and Frederic S. (Dr. Sabrina) Baron of Takoma Park, Md.; his sister, Rita (Gordon) Smith of Naples; and 12 nieces and nephews and their families. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Lorraine; and a sister, Jeanne Lieb. The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church 625 111th Ave. No., Naples, FL 34108 or Hospice of Naples 1095 Whippoorwill Lane, Naples, FL 34105 or Cancervive C/O Mary Wingrove 8121 Tauren Ct.
