Juliette Dietz, 71, of Langdon, ND died November 5, 2005 at the Cavalier County Memorial Hospital of Langdon. Juliette Alice Marcotte was born February 22, 1934 at Olga, ND to Telesphore and Marie-Laure (Beauchamp) Marcotte. She attended country grade school near Olga, ND and graduated from St. Alphonsus High School in 1952. She went on to work as a bookkeeper for Farmers Union in Langdon, ND. Juliette and Harold Dietz were united in marriage on November 30, 1955 at Langdon, ND. They made their home on a farm north of Loma, North Dakota. She moved into Langdon in the fall of 1997. She enjoyed gardening and was a member of the Mennonite Sewing Circle and Bible study and later was active in Quilting at the Emmanuel Evangelical Church of Langdon. Juliette is survived by her children: Margaret (Carmen) Ewert of Langdon, ND, Tim Dietz of Blanchard, ND, Steven (Ronda) Dietz of Bismarck, ND and Janine (Jeff) Lovold of Roseau, MN, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, brothers and sisters; Edna (Clarence) Dalzell of Minnesota, Ovide (Verna) Marcotte of Grand Forks, ND, Eugene (Theresa) Marcotte of Langdon, ND, Laurette (James) Zettel of Grand Forks, ND, Anna (George) Chaput of Grand Forks, ND, Theresa Robillard of Langdon and Cecil (Odell) Robillard of Langdon, ND. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sons Paul and Dale, granddaughter Scarlet Dietz and two infant brothers. Visitation: will begin at 3:00 O'clock with a 7:00 p.m. Prayer Service all at the Brooks Funeral Home of Langdon, ND Visitation will also take place for one hour before the time of the services at the church on Friday. Services: Friday, November 11, 2005 at the Emmanual Evangelical Church of Langdon at 2:00 p.m. Interment: Rosehill Cemetery. Published in the Grand Forks Herald on 11/8/2005.
