Paul Joseph MARCOTTE

MARCOTTE, PAUL JOSEPH March 11, 1921 - April 27, 2005. Paul Joseph Marcotte was born in Portland, Oregon, the youngest of three sons; to Joseph Edward and Bertha Marcotte. He served in the Army during World War II. A graduate of the University of Oregon where he met his first wife Eloise, he was a long time resident of Lake Oswego, Oregon. The majority of his career, Paul Marcotte worked for KGW TV as a television director and production manager. An accomplished salmon and steelhead fisherman, he became an avid golfer later in life. After the death of his wife Eloise, he retired from Oregon Health and Sciences University, married Susan Berryhill and moved to Mission, Texas where he was living at the time of his death. He is survived by his spouse, Susan Marcotte; sons Jay Gregory and John Michael; and daughters Julia Rieh and Lisa Desmaris; and nephew Joseph Edward Marcotte. He is also survived by two stepdaughters Sherry Checkley and Susan Strickland; as well as by eight grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
