WESTFIELD - Doris Ann (McCann) Fecteau, 71, wife of the late Edmond Fecteau, died Feb. 7, 2005 at the home of her daughter. Doris was born in Kilmarnock, Scotland, daughter of the late Arthur and Annie (Burnie) McCann, but had been a resident of Montgomery, Mass, for 20 years before moving to Tennessee. Doris relocated to Westfield, Mass, 2 years ago. She was a graduate of Mother of God Academy (1950), Stamford, Connecticut. She was employed as a secretary for Westfield State College, Westfield, Mass. retiring in 1993. She is survived by 3 sons, Edmond A. Fecteau, Michael R. Fecteau and Robert B. Fecteau all of Westfield, Mass.; 3 daughters, Michelle A. Fecteau-Holmes of Crossville, Tn., Renee E. Merchant of Wolcott, Connecticut, Denise E. Schenna of Westfield, Mass. 15 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 1:00 PM at the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1390 Main Street, Agawam, Mass. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. There are no calling hours, and the family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Doris please be made to Muscular Dystrophy, Association, Director of Planned Giving, 3300 East Sunrise Drive, Tucson, AZ, 85718.
