PAQUETTE, MR. R. LEROY Norton Shores Mr. R. LeRoy Paquette, age 67, passed away at a local hospital on July 27, 2005, following a long illness. He was born June 5, 1938 in Wells Township, Delta County, Michigan to Joseph and Genevieve (Roberts) Paquette and moved to Muskegon as a child. He graduated from Muskegon Catholic Central High School in 1956 and served in the U.S. Marine Corp. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church where he married the former Susan M. Parmelee on February 5, 1966. Mr. Paquette was employed at E.H. Sheldon for 18 years and then worked for Howmet Corp. for 22 years until retiring in January 2000. SURVIVORS: his wife, Susan; 3 sons, Craig L. (Cathy) Paquette of Flowery Branch, GA, Mark A. Paquette of Roosevelt Park and Jason P. Paquette of Norton Shores; his father, Joseph H. Paquette of Muskegon Heights; 1 sister, Patricia (Jacque) Crevier of Norton Shores; and 5 grandchildren, Allen Serio, Amanda, Kevin, Ashley & Tyler Paquette. He was preceded in death by his mother, Genevieve Paquette in 1992 and a daughter-in-law, Karen Paquette in 1998. The FUNERAL MASS will be celebrated Tuesday 11 A.M. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Friends may meet with the family Monday evening 6-8 P.M. at the Lee Funeral Home. MEMORIALS: Parkinson Foundation or Alzheimer's Association.
