Macaria M. PARROTTE

PLATTSBURGH -- Macaria M. Provost, 87, formerly of Lakeview Towers, Plattsburgh, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2005, at Meadowbrook Healthcare Facility in Plattsburgh.She was born in Plattsburgh on April 25, 1918, daughter of the late John and Rose (Bell) Parrotte.Macaria was retired from Diamond International, she was a life member of the Peru Rod and Gun Club.Macaria is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Arvice Parrotte of Saranac; a grandson, Richard Parrotte Jr. and his companion Crystal of Plattsburgh; two sisters, Ethel Dick of New Hampshire and Kathleen Santori of Plattsburgh; several stepgrandchildren; stepgreat-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.Macaria was predeceased by her husband, Edward L. Provost in 2003; her brothers, Roy, Stanley and Floyd; her sisters, Florence and Grace.Calling hours will be Friday, Nov. 18, 2005, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 19, 2005, at 9:30 a.m. from Brown Funeral Home Chapel in Plattsburgh with the Rev. Floyd "Jerry" Bleaux officiating. Burial will follow in St. Peter's Cemetery in Plattsburgh.Donations in her memory may be made to the American Heart Association.
