Pauline Claire PATRY

Pauline Claire Patry, 71, of the 8400 block of Halprin Drive, passed away on Oct. 21, 2005, at her residence. Mrs. Patry was a native of Norwich, Conn. She was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church for more than 40 years where she volunteered for the HELP’s Ministry. Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Norman G. Patry Sr.; a son, Norman G. Patry Jr. of Norfolk; two daughters, Pauline C. Patry Hardy and her husband Alan of Hampton, Va., and Michelle Anne Patry; grandchildren, Steven Anthony Gibbard, Christopher Patry Anderson and Lisa Marie Patry; four great-grandchildren, Kelleigh Denise Gibbard, Ashleigh Elizabeth Gibbard, Madison McKenzie Gibbard and Caleb Gibbard; two brothers and three sisters. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norview Chapel. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday at 11 a.m. at St. Pius X Catholic Church by Father Edward Richardson. Entombment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
