Elizabeth T. PATTERSON

SPRINGFIELD - Elizabeth T. Dufault, 65 of Malibu Drive died Monday, December 26, 2005 in Baystate Medical Center. Born in Brooklyn, New York, the daughter of James and Theresa (Connolly) Patterson, she was a lifelong resident of Springfield and a communicant of St Catherine ofSiena Church. Employed by Dunkin Donuts, Elizabeth was a loving mother, devoted grandmother, lover of animals, avid sports fan and a peacemaker to all. She was formally employed at the Springfield Armory. Predeceased by her daughter Nancy Dufault, Elizabeth leaves her husband Jack Dufault; four sons Robert McCarthy (Jeanne) and Bryan McCarthy (Alice), both of Springfield, David McCarthy (Sherry) of Agawam and Jack Dufault (Amber) of Enfield, CT; a daughter Deborah Bassani (Greg) of Springfield; two brothers, William and James Patterson both of Springfield; ten grandchildren, Debra, Kim, Robin, Crystal, Laura, Sean and Dee-Ann McCarthy, Justin and Jason Braica and Jack Dufault IV; several nieces and nephews and Zuess the dog. The funeral service for Elizabeth will be held Friday morning assembling 10:30 a.m at Nowak Funeral and Cremation Services, 15 Ludlow Avenue, Indian Orchard proceeding to St Catherine of Siena Church for a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 11:30 a.m. Rites of Committal will followed in the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
